Is your hand wash effective against bacteria?
Our natural hand wash conforms to BSEN1276 testing (food grade standard) and neutralises 99.9% of harmful bacteria including E.coli, Salmonella and MRSA.

At Bower we use natural ingredients and leave out the nasties. Our eco-friendly hand washes are made here in the UK and have reusable, zero-waste packaging. As a proudly carbon-neutral, B-Corp certified business, we meet the highest ethical standards for our planet and people.
How do I return my empty refill pouches for reuse?
It's easy! Simply save your empty BowerPacks and put them in the freepost returns envelope included with your first order. Pop the envelope in your nearest post box, and we’ll do the rest, reusing and refilling the pouches again (and again)!
If you're a regular Bower customer and need another envelope for your zero-waste pouches, then simply add one to your next order via your Bower customer account.
How quickly will I get my order?
Your order should be with you within 3-5 working days. We'll keep you informed of dispatch updates by email. Please get in touch with our lovely team if you haven't received your order after 5 working days at hello@bowercollective.com.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
All orders £40 and over qualify for free delivery! For orders under £40 there's a small delivery fee of £3.99.
Can I cancel or adjust anytime?
Your Bower subscription is 100% flexible. It's easy to pause, cancel or delay delivery of your hand wash refills at any time in just a couple of clicks. Simply log into your account to update the details.
What's more, you'll never be hit with a surprise charge as we always remind you about any upcoming subscription orders via SMS and email.
Are your products safe for kids and pets? 🐶
Yes, our refillable hand soaps are made from naturally derived, non-toxic ingredients, making them safe for your family and pets. However, make sure your little ones and pets are never left unattended around products and do not let them use, play with or ingest them.
