Delivery

The delivery fee for orders under £40 is £3.99. 
All orders £40 and over qualify for free delivery and are sent via DPD, DX, and Parcel Force for larger orders or via Royal Mail and Amazon shipping for smaller orders.

Your order should be with you within 3-5 working days. We'll keep you informed of dispatch updates and the estimated delivery date by email. Please get in touch via hello@bowercollective.com if you haven't received your order after 5 working days.


You don't need to be in to receive your goods. If you're going to be out, follow the instructions from DPD, DX, Parcel Force and Royal Mail to set up your delivery preferences.

Returns and refunds

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your products to us.

To be eligible for a refund, you must get in touch via hello@bowercollective.com to let our Customer Happiness team know. You can then use our Returns Portal here in order to return any items to us. 

You should then return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase and the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be undamaged in any way unless this is the reason for your return. 

You will need to package your item securely and either print a label at home or use the free label printing service at your local Post Office. Please also write your order number (found in your confirmation email) on the outside of the box.

You can then return your parcel at your local post office, parcel post box or arrange a collection.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. We have a 100% money back guarantee that will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unhappy with the product and are not eligible for a refund, please do contact us at hello@bowercollective.com and we will happily discuss this with you to find a resolution.
