We are committed to providing our customers with Earth’s best home and personal care products. To comply with the Bower Standard our products must be sustainable, effective, look and feel good.

Our starter kits contain a dispenser and a reusable BowerPack pouch. When you get home, simply decant the product into the stylish dispenser and return the pouch to participating stores or directly to us using our free post returns address (details below)

Join the reuse revolution! When your pouches are empty there are two ways you can return them to us:

• Return in store *participating stores only, please check with your local retail outlet. 
• Return them directly to us. Pop them in an envelope and write our free post address on the front. No need for a stamp, we handle the rest!

When we receive your empty pouches they undergo quality checks before being refilled and redistributed to a shelf near you. Find out more about BowerPack and how our refill system works here.

We also accept other Bower Collective hard to recycle plastic components in your returns envelope, such as caps, lids and pumps. We recycle these with our specialist partner, ensuring that as much as possible we are eliminating plastic waste coming out of your home.
