Terms and Conditions - Calming Plant-Based Giveaway

1. Promoters This competition is jointly promoted by Bower Collective Ltd (Address: The Court, Alhampton, Shepton Mallet, BA4 6PZ. Contact: info@bowercollective.com) and Milky Plant.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Bower Collective Ltd and Milky Plant, along with their families, agents or anyone professionally connected to the giveaway, are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must have an active Instagram account.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow both @bowercollective and @themilkyplant on Instagram.
  2. Like and repost the giveaway post.
  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments. Each additional tag counts as an extra entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize One winner will receive the full Calming Plant-Based Giveaway bundle, including:

  • 3 refillable amber glass bottles
  • Bower Lavender Milk Natural Loo Cleaner
  • Bower Dahlia & Vanilla Hand Wash
  • Bower Lavender Milk Bathroom Cleaner

Total prize value is over £374.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives. Delivery to the winner is included.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid Instagram entries.
  • The winner will be contacted via Direct Message from the official @bowercollective account within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days to confirm their details and claim the prize. If they do not respond within this timeframe, Bower Collective reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Giveaway Dates

  • The giveaway opens on 3rd April 2026 and closes on 17th April 2026 at 11:59 PM BST.
  • Entries received outside these dates will not be counted.

7. Data Protection Personal data supplied during the giveaway will be used only for administering the promotion and in accordance with Bower Collective's privacy policy. Personal details of the winner may be shared with Milky Plant solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

8. General

  • The promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to factors beyond their control.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding the promotion.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
