Q: Are these products safe to use on granite/quartz/limestone/marble/enamel? A: Our bathroom cleaner and limescale remover are not currently suitable for enamel, marble, or specialty stone surfaces as they are more acidic and can tarnish the surface. We always recommend testing a small, inconspicuous area of your surface first before using.
Q: Are these products safe to use on brass/black matte brushed taps? A: We would not recommend the use of this product on brass or black matte taps as the acidity could tarnish the finish. We always recommend testing a small, inconspicuous area of your surface first before using

How do I return my empty refill pouches for reuse?
It's easy! Simply save your empty BowerPacks and put them in the freepost returns envelope included with your first order. Pop the envelope in your nearest post box, and we’ll do the rest, reusing and refilling the pouches again (and again)!
If you're a regular Bower customer and need another envelope for your zero-waste cleaning pouches, then simply add one to your next order via your Bower customer account.
How quickly will I get my order?
Your order should be with you within 3-5 working days. We'll keep you informed of dispatch updates by email. Please get in touch with our lovely team if you haven't received your order after 5 working days at hello@bowercollective.com.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
All orders £40 and more qualify for free delivery! For orders less than £40 there's a small delivery fee of £4.49.
Can I cancel or adjust anytime?
Your Bower subscription is 100% flexible. It's easy to pause, cancel or delay delivery of your cleaning products at any time in just a couple of clicks. Simply log into your account to update the details.
What's more, you'll never be hit with a surprise charge as we always remind you about any upcoming subscription orders via SMS and email.
Are your products safe for kids and pets? 🐶
Yes, our zero-waste cleaning products are made from naturally derived, non-toxic ingredients, making them safe for your family and pets. However, make sure your little ones and pets are never left unattended around any cleaning products and do not let them use, play with or ingest them.
