Welcome to our 2025 Impact Report, sharing the highlights of our impact across 2025 — from beach cleans and community engagement through to driving radical transparency in our industry. Every year we take stock to report on our mission: to create a world without plastic waste in which everyone can enjoy a more sustainable life.
This year, our community helped us hit a huge milestone: 16 million single-use plastic bottles eliminated since day one, all while our BowerPack™ refill system stayed 76% more carbon efficient than single-use alternatives.
But the numbers only tell part of the story. In 2025, we opened our doors (literally) to a customer who asked a fair question: "do you really reuse your packaging?" and invited her to see our refill centre in action. We got muddy and windswept at our annual beach clean on the Jurassic Coast, and we kept donating products to hygiene banks supporting people across the UK.
